Realable Inc. (the “Company”) establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information on “Track Hub” (https://track-hub.net, the “Service”), a music production collaboration platform.
1. Operator
Operator: Realable Inc.
Contact: contact form
2. Information We Collect
The Company collects the following information in providing the Service.
- Account information: email address, password (stored in a protected form on our authentication platform), user ID, display name, bio, avatar image
- Guest information: the name entered when joining or commenting as a guest
- User content: uploaded audio files and their metadata (file name, format, duration, etc.), project information (title, BPM, genre, etc.), comments, credits, cover images
- Playback records: when a public release is played, we record the user ID for logged-in users — or the IP address and browser information (User-Agent) for logged-out visitors — to deduplicate play counts
- Error logs: for troubleshooting, operational information at the time an error occurs (user ID, project ID, file information, etc.; failed email deliveries may include the recipient email address)
- Access information: analytics such as page views (statistical measurement via Vercel Analytics)
3. Purposes of Use
- To provide the Service, authenticate users and manage accounts
- To store, play back, render waveforms for, download and publish content
- To send communications such as invitations and notifications (including email)
- To deduplicate play counts and prevent abuse
- To investigate failures and improve service quality
- To respond to violations of the Terms of Service and comply with laws
4. Cookies and Browser Storage
- We use authentication cookies to keep you logged in.
- For convenience, we may store your guest name and the information needed to transfer guest-created projects in your browser (localStorage).
- We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
5. External Services (Processors / Third-Party Provision)
The Company entrusts data storage and processing to the following external services to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
- Supabase: database, authentication, image storage (account information, project information, etc.)
- Cloudflare R2: audio file storage
- Vercel: hosting, analytics, server logs
- Resend: sending emails such as invitations (only when email features are used)
- Anthropic: only when the AI tag-inference feature is enabled, and only the track name (text) is sent. Audio files themselves are never sent
Other than the above processing arrangements, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6. Information Made Public
- Your user ID, display name, bio and avatar image are visible to anyone as your public profile.
- Tracks published as public releases, and comments and likes on public releases, are visible to anyone.
- Depending on a project’s visibility setting (members only / accounts / public), its contents may be viewed by third parties.
- Avatar and cover images are stored in public storage and can be retrieved by anyone who knows the URL.
7. Retention and Deletion
- Projects and audio files are deleted after each project’s retention deadline passes (see Article 5 of the Terms of Service). Deleted data cannot be restored.
- You can delete your account at any time from profile settings. Deletion permanently removes the projects, audio and public releases you own, and they cannot be restored (audio and comments you left in other users’ projects remain, anonymized with your name removed). If you have trouble with the procedure, you can also request deletion via the contact form.
8. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.
We respond to requests from individuals for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion or suspension of use of their personal information within a reasonable period and in accordance with the law, after verifying identity. Please contact us via the contact form above.
9. Security
The Company takes reasonable security measures, such as access control and encrypted communication, to prevent unauthorized access to, loss of, or leakage of the information it collects.
10. Revisions
This policy may be revised in response to legal changes or changes to the Service. Material changes will be announced by posting on the Service or by other means.
